About Scott Hamilton

Scott Hamilton is a retired American figure skater and Olympic gold medalist. He won four consecutive U.S. championships (1981–1984), four consecutive World Championships (1981–1984) and a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics. His signature move is a backflip, a feat that few other figure skaters could perform and is against USFSA and Olympic competition rules, but which he would include in his exhibition routines to please the crowd.

Clearly one of the most sought after keynote speakers and most popular figure skating stars in the world today, Scott Hamilton is an Olympic Gold Medalist, Network TV skating commentator, actor, performer, producer, Emmy Award nominee, best-selling author, role model, humanitarian, philanthropist, and a cancer and brain tumor survivor.
